Pamela
Pamela is a Leadership Coach and Mentor with over 30 years of progressive leadership experience across public sector, emergency services, education, and corporate environments.
As an ICC-registered coach with credentials in programme governance (PG3P), project management (Better Business Cases), and emergency coordination (RRANZ Tier 1, Tier 2 Leadership), she specialises in coaching middle and senior leaders through succession planning, career transitions, and organisational transformation in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Her practice is informed by a deep commitment to inclusion and diversity, demonstrated through her volunteer work as a Special Olympics coach and her role as Executive Member of the All of Government Disability Employee-Led Network, We Enable Us.
Pamela provides expert guidance, honest feedback, and strategic support to help leaders at all levels to build inclusive, high-performing teams and lead with confidence and impact.
Coach Profile
Mark
Mark has built deep experience in mentoring and career guidance through over 25 years of knowledge and expertise spanning technical trades, vocational education, and apprenticeship management.
His career began with 21 years in the NZ Defence Force as an avionics technician, where he gained extensive experience designing technical training modules, certifying aircraft maintenance on C130 Hercules and Boeing 757 aircraft, developing deployable communication systems, and progressing through various technical and leadership roles.
His military service also included seven years in youth development, managing cadet units and facilitating courses for young people. Since transitioning to vocational education in 2012, Mark has gained deep experience working with apprentices and employers across New Zealand's South Island, leading construction trades programmes and overseeing house builds from foundation to sale, and collaborating with industry groups to understand workforce trends and emerging skills needs across the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Mark provides practical, no-nonsense mentoring to help young people and career changers navigate questions about which trade suits them, educational pathways, and how to build successful careers in construction, electrical work, and other trades sectors across New Zealand.
